Romania Visa

• Passport valid at least three months
• ID card copy
• 2 Recent colour photos 3 cm x 4 cm, on a white background
• Application form duly filled
• Letter of employment
• Airline ticket
• Medical insurance valid in Romania
• Proof of financial means in the amount of EUR 50/day for the entire period
• Proof of accommodation

Application Procedure Steps

Romania is a member of the EU and is a part of the Schengen area but it is not part of the Schengen visa agreement yet. However, if you hold a Schengen visa which allows two entries in Schengen and the length of stay has not been exhausted, then you do not need to get a special Romania visa.
 
All Indian citizens who plan to travel to Romania need to apply for a visa. A valid passport and several documents are required for the application of a Schengen visa to Romania.
 
The visa centre does not permit a stay in Latvia for longer than 90 days if it is a short term visa. It is mandatory to appear in person in the Embassy for collection of your biometric data. The supporting documents must be submitted in original and copy which will be kept by the Embassy and the original will be returned to the applicant.
