The Ulugbek Madrassah and Abdulaziz Khan Madrassah are also well-known for their design. The latter is a great place to go souvenir shopping. Another popular place of worship is the Bolo Haouz Mosque was built in 1712 and lies on the opposite side of the Citadel of Ark.
