In evening proceeds towards the tour of Kok – tobe (by coach). It is a mountain which is the highest point of Almaty, Kazakhstan's largest city. There is a popular recreation area on top of the mountain. The mountain's height is 1100 meters above sea level. Kok - tobe is one of the main landmarks in the city, and it is popular among visitors and tourists to Almaty.
The Kok - tobe recreational area has a variety of amusement park type attractions and restaurants. It is connected to downtown Almaty by a cable car line. The city terminal is located near hotel Kazakhstan. Also, there is a 372 meters tall TV tower at the foot of the mountain. The tower can be seen from most parts of the city.

Our sightseeing tour starts from visiting Gur Emir Mausoleum (inside), a burial vault of Timurids dynasty, . It's a heart of Samarkand and real masterpiece of Central Asian medieval architecture. The square consists of 3 grandiose buildings: Ulugbek Madrassa, Madrassa Sherdor and Madrassa TillaKori.
Then we walk to BibiKhanim Mosque (inside) that consider as the biggest medieval building in the city. There's local bazaar near the mosque - Siyab where you can see different goods and buy them.

After short rest we continue our excursion and visit Ulugbek’s Observatory– one of the most important astronomical centers, Hodja Doniyar Mausoleum. (Inside)

After lunch drive to the ruins of ancient Panjakent located within 5 minutes’ drive from modern Panjakent.
Panjakent was a major Sogdian city dating back to the 5th century and was destroyed by Arab conquerors in the 8th century.

Dushanbe City Tour

Start guided city tour with visiting of National Museum of Antiquities of Tajikistan (closed on Mondays) that includes the exhibits on history, natural history and art (Buddha in Nirvana is one of the valuable exhibits of the museum).
Continue to Hissar Fortress (30 km from Dushanbe) where you can see Madrasah Kukhna. Return to Dushanbe and visit Gurminj Musical Instruments Museum, Statue of Ismail Somoni and Rudaki Park. End of the tour.

Dushanbe to Tashkent and By Road to Feregana

Check out @ 0700 hrs & transfer to Airport for flight to Tashkent.
Arrive Tashkent @ 1130hrs.
1230--Drive to Fergana Valley (320 km drive till Fergana city, approx. 6-7 hour).
The steep road, which connects Fergana Valley with the rest of Uzbekistan runs via picturesque mountain pass Kamchik (2267 m. above the sea level). The first stop will be in the city of Kokand where you will visit the Khudoyar-Khan Palace, Jami Mosque, Kamol-Kazy Madrasah, and Norbut-biy Madrasah. Continue driving to city (80 km).
Visit Akhmad Al-Fergani Park in Fergana.
