Arrival – Johannesburg – Suncity (Approx 2.5 Hours Drive)
  • Pickup from Johannesburg International Airport and transfer to the hotel in Sun City.
  •  Check in to one of a luxurious hotel “Sun City Resort” situated in the North West Province of South Africa and day free @ Leisure.
  • Overnight accommodation at the hotel.

Sun City Resort – The Maze of the Lost City

  • Breakfast at the Hotel.
  • Pick up from the hotel and transfer for your full day tour .
  • The Maze is reached by crossing a 90m long suspension bridge from the Sun City Entertainment Center. The bridge is, itself, carefully engineered for absolute safety by UNREAL The Company, who operates the world-famous Zip2000 zip slide. 
  • As you cross the suspension bridge you enjoy splendid views of the Palace of the Lost City, the Bridge of Time and the valley of the waves.
  • Then the path takes you through indigenous bush veld until you come to the entrance of The Maze of the Lost City. 
  • Once you are in the Maze you will find the paths confusing, with many false trails that end in a blank stone wall. You backtrack and try again, only to be frustrated once more. Slowly you work your way through the Maze, sometimes even seeing the exit but unable to get to it. It’s more difficult than it seems!
  • In the Maze there are small holes where you can view what is just the other side of the wall but so difficult to get to. Otherwise there are those ruined walls, too tall to see over and, unlike hedge mazes, maize mazes and other mazes, impossible to see through or over. 
  • Slowly you work your way through the Maze until you reach your destination, the exit and the refreshment area - The Brewers Roof and The Maze Lookout where you can enjoy a cold beer, soft drink, ice cream or light snacks HD live sport and fantastic views of the Sun City resort. 
  • Back to the hotel and overnight stay.

Sun City Resort – Valley of Waves
  • Breakfast at the hotel. 
  • Today you will have a another pie of the day when you will reach “Valley Of Waves”.
  • Valley of Waves at Sun City gives you a chance to go from Daily Grind to Unwind in less than two hours. 
  • This is where city slickers and urban families find their place in the sun. The legendary Roaring Lagoon at the Valley of Waves is the undisputed main attraction at the Sun City’s famous water park.
  • Every 90 seconds, bender waves rise two metres in the air. Catch the tide and body-surf to shore. Laze beneath a wind-swept palm, ride and slide your way to more thrills, and amble over to the beach bar where island cocktails and after-swim snacks await. 
  • There’s something for everyone at the Valley of Waves. Kids can get their kicks in the designated children’s area while adventure-seekers can take their pick of mild to wild rides. Get your splash on at the Valley of Waves Sun City water park. 
  • Back to the hotel and overnight stay.

Sun City to Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth to Knysna
  • Breakfast at the hotel. 
  • Check out from the hotel and drive back to Johannesburg Airport for flight to Port Elizabeth.
  • Arrive at the Port Elizabeth airport and pick up for your transfer to Knysna in the Western Cape Province of South Africa.
  • Check in the hotel and day @ Leisure.
  • Overnight at the hotel.

Knysna - Wilderness
  • Breakfast at the hotel. 
  • Today Check out from the hotel and transfer to Thesen Island. 
  • Arrive and the tour departs from the Thesen Island harbor town, right in the center of Knysna, guests check in at our reception and shop and are prepared from the trip.
  • The vessels are boarded by means of a walk-on Jetty, and boats depart and make their way across the Knysna estuary in the direction of the Knysna Heads which is the opening out to sea.
  • Once out at sea the skipper heads along the coastline towards Brenton on sea and Buffalo Bay, highlighting the incredible coastline, needle caves and shoreline. 
  • You may witness The Knysna coastline’s year-round resident whales which are the Bryde’s & Minke whales, which are spotted throughout the year and then of course we have the "Rock star’s" the migrating Southern Right and Humpback whales, which season spans from around May and June through till late November /December.
  • The shy and endangered Indo-Pacific Humpback dolphin, Bottlenose and Common dolphins, Cape Fur seals, sharks, a variety of beautiful pelagic bird species and much more!
  • The trip departs from Thesen Island and returns back to Thesen Island and the duration of the trip is approximately 1.5hours.
  • Next drive to Wilderness and reach in an hour approx. 
  • Check in to the hotel and evening is free to explore by your own.

Wilderness - George
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Check-out from the hotel and Today we proceed for a full day tour of Wilderness National Park, Wilderness Beach front. 
  • Wilderness National Park is situated in the heart of the Garden Route, South Africa. It is a fascinating combination of rivers, lakes, estuaries and beaches, unfolding against the backdrop or lush forests and imposing mountains. During spring, the area is beautifully blanketed by a kaleidoscope of colorful blossoms, further enhancing its profound beauty. 
  • The beautiful and popular Wilderness National Park is gently nestled between the bustling towns of George and Knysna - both are exceptional tourist destinations on the Garden Route. Here you get a chance to explore activities like Hiking, canoeing, mountain biking, abseiling, fishing, birding, paragliding and many more. 
  • On the short drive you will reach Wilderness beach where you can relax on the sand or can take sun bath or enjoy the horse riding on the shore or go for Snorkeling. 
  •  Fall back and take the balance drive and reach the George, which is a city in South Africa’s Western Cape, on a coastal stretch known as the Garden Route. It’s known for its golf courses and the George Museum, which has exhibits on the local timber industry. 
  • Check in and overnight at the Hotel.

  • Today drive till the small village of Wilderness which is situated approximately 15km from George, driving on the N2 highway towards Knysna to reach and explore “Map of Africa View Point”. The bright and colorful para gliders, soaring against the open blues skies, make a beautiful picture. 
  • The Map of Africa is a spectacular scene of mountains and forests and also the Wilderness area is known for its vast number of rivers, lagoons and natural lakes, and here you get a clear view of the Kaaimans River Valley. It is amazing how the course of the Kaaimans River has the shape of the African continent and it’s a beautiful sight to capture in your eyes forever as memories. 
  • Back to the hotel and day is free @ Leisure.
  • Overnight at the Hotel.

Terms & Conditions

General Terms

  • Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the itinerary and inclusions reflected on the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.
  • Please expect to receive your vouchers 72 hours before your departure date (subject to full payment of your package cost).
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bars etc., are not included.
  • In case your package needs to be canceled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. Dook Travels shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.
  • The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. Dook Travels will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.
  • Please note that your package includes baggage as per airlines policy. Any addition in baggage will be charged separately.
  • Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
  • In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.
  • Certain hotels may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel policy.This amount has to be deposited by the traveler.
  • Please note that Day at Leisure essentially implies that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day.
  • Kindly be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. Dook Travels will not be liable for missing any activity thus for any refund against it in such cases.
  • No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package.
  • The package price doesn’t include special dinner or mandatory charges at times levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions. Dook Travels shall try to communicate the same while booking the package. However Dook Travels may not have this information readily available all the time.
  • Our package price does not include GST and TCS. Applicable GST and TCS will be charged over and above the package price.
  • For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
  • For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process the refund & should reach the guest within 30 days refund requisition. Also, for any activity which is complementary and not charged to Dook Travels & guests, no refund will be processed.
  • Our package prices are on twin sharing accommodation basis thus published prices are applicable for minimum two persons and multiple of two thereon.
  • As per RBI guideline every foreign traveler has to provide us his PAN details. The Dollar component of package price will be taken out of your BTQ (Basic Travel Quota).
  • The tour cost does not include any Overseas Insurance Premium, but we strongly recommend buying Overseas Insurance Policy. The same after issuance is non refundable.
  • These terms are general terms for our tour packages.Any term mentioned in proposal shall be considered part of it and in case of discrepancy term mentioned in proposal shall prevail.
  • Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

Payment Policy

  • Payment schedule depends on destination, time of booking, inclusions, airline and hotel payment policy etc thus it is specific to your package bookining.
  • Payment schedule will be part of our proposal to you for the package.
  • If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, Dook Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once Booking received : INR 5000 (Per PAX) + actual Ticket cancellation + Hotel cancellation as per hotel policy+Visa fee if visa is applied.
  • 60 – 45 Days prior to departure : 25 % of land cost + INR 5000 (Per PAX) + actual Ticket cancellation+Visa fee if visa is applied.
  • 45 – 30 days prior to departure: 50% of land cost + INR 5000 (Per PAX) + actual Ticket cancellation+Visa fee if visa is applied.
  • 30 – 10 days prior to departure: 75% of land cost + INR 5000 (Per PAX) + actual Ticket cancellation+Visa fee if visa is applied.
  • Within 10 days: Full.
